Problem with form formatting email – missing line breaks

Hi Support!  I haven’t changed anything on my site but some of my existing forms start to act up today with regard to the emails they send.  Some of them were not formatting any line breaks.  I have attached an example that is coming from the Luminaries Order Form at:  https://www.treyburn.org/luminaries/.  The Architecture/Landscape form did not send an email at all to the Mail(1) https://www.treyburn.org/architecture-landscape-form/.
