Login and Logot Issues

Hi, I’m having some major difficulties with logging in.

When I log in it always takes me to the web home page with menu options that are supposed to only be visible to logged out users (log in, register).   This happens regardless of what redirect plugins I use or what settings I give them.  When I try to login again, I get the message, “You are already logged in.  Please refresh page.” (see screenshot).

The only way that I’ve been able to get to my website is through my WP dashboard.

I’ve tried deactivating all my plugins, I’ve tried two different login redirect plugins (Peter’s and Buddypress Redirect to profile), I’ve tried the Login with Ajax plugin, I’ve tried it with different browsers and devices, I’ve tried clearing browser and website cache and cookies.

Please help!
