Access to Formatting for Portfolio Page

Hello,

Would you know how to access the formatting (like a theme options page) for a page that is originally titled Portfolio Fullwidth Overlay? I’ve made a version of it in my site here: http://publiks.net/mypubliks/wall/.

I’m not sure why this page isn’t taking up the altered global theme formatting I’ve already set. But eventually I would like to be able to change the font families, sizes and colors, as well as the background-color (or image), etc so that the page (and other portfolio pages?) matches the rest of the site.
