    Hi,

The issue comes from the newest update of rtmedia, please use an older version of rtmedia until we solve (1-2 days)

    Cheers

Hello, please try to update all plugins, it might be a plugin syntax issue, if its indeed rtmedia they should send an update soon

On the contrary the reason i’ve been silent all this while was because, I’ve been waiting patiently for a definitive response to the error i reported within this thread. i have subsequently updated all my plugins uninstalled and re-installed them all back to detect the source of the problem and it all ends up as a problem with the theme. there is preview on how the temple looks when you activate the rtmedia plugin.

my clients really need this feature to be actionable so they could share their confidential files privately on the netowrk.
