I installed your theme but WPBakery Page Builder did not work. I deinstalled your theme and WPBakery Page Builder worked perfectly. WPBakery Page Builder is version 5.47.
So what is wrong with the theme?Hi,
Can you share with me how it does not work – does it not load? are buttons not working to add content? Please supply more information.
Also please check your PHP version, if you’re running PHP version 5.X please update to the latest available version of PHP (7.X is preferable).

My PHP version is 7.2 and the memory limit is 256M, so that is not the issue.
On this page https://archived.seventhqueen.com/buddyapp
it says Compatible with: WordPress 4.9.x, BuddyPress 2.9.x, Visual Composer 5.4.5
And Visual Composer 5.4.7 is installed it had an update.
Could that be the problem?Hi,
I did a test on a local and live server using WP Bakery 5.4.7 and the latest BuddyApp and it is working for me. Could you update this ticket, in a private reply, with admin credentials for your site so I can check this out.

Thanks for getting back to me with login details. That’s a very strange error indeed, I rolled the WP Bakery version back to 5.4.5 from 5.4.7 and the error persisted.
Can you share with me the error log from your host please? I couldn’t find any compatibility issues with plugins.

Do you need to be in the admin. I turned off a part off the security because its two factor authentication and it send a code to a emailadress of the user. I used my emailadress.

Tried to take a look in your install but it says invalid login, can you provide to be the corrent one ?
Also did you had tried to re-upload theme files over the existing one via FTP by overwrite them in wp-content/themes/buddyapp/ also you can do the same with the VC plugin, you can delete it and then reinstall it from wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins

I hope you can find the problem.
Is it by the way possible to use the theme without the WPBakery Page Builder?
And can i get the website than, without the VC, like with the demo the private community?

You can use the theme without vc composer, the community will work but the homepage was builded using VC.

I think the issue it’s related to the php 7.2,in our theme we are using metaboxes library and for the moment we don’t have a quick solution for this, did you havd tried to ask the hosting support to switch the php version from 7.2 to 7.1 ?
