Hello, the child theme is used to store changes so you should have it activated from the beginning, because if you do any change directlt to theme files, they would be lost at any update. Child theme is used to add the files you want to edit so they are not lost.

You can use paid memberships pro anytime the theme doesnt matter.

The members page, profile page and any page of buddypress is generated automatically,so it cant be edited as a normal page.

To assign a page for members ( which will be replaced with generated content ) go to Settings > Buddypress > Pages

Okay so I have a login popup and a registration page with I downloaded from the demo content. But for some reason when you login it stays on the homepage, and doesn’t take you anywhere, how do I fix that?

Yes I do, I want it to show up under the “Pages” section on WordPress and be able to edit it. And link it after people sign up or login. Is that possible?
