Buddypress menu

This is a tall order, I know but how do I change the navigation on the profile page.  More specifically, I am trying to add access to paid memberships pro account info.  Our website is going to have all registrations go through the paid memberships pro plugin so it would be nice to either add a tab to the navigation or at least something under settings that will allow them to access that are any time they would like to and perhaps be able to update their credit card info?  Like I said, it’s a big question but I did not know if there was an easy way to add it.
