Redirect new account creations to paid memberships page

I would like to redirect users that start creating an account to the paid memberships page. I added the php code you recommended to my child theme functions.php file. But I was just able to create an account and was never prompted to the paid memberships, which are the only ones that I have.

I do not want to block the entire site, I just want to redirect users that start creating an account to the new page.

Also, I started filling out my information on my main page, and was redirected to the second page to fill out the rest of the information (sex, city, etc.) but all the information I filled out on the initial page was gone. How can I prevent this from happenning?
