Do you mean that there is an error because their name is in Korean?

Yes, that’ right.
I have looked for similar errors and found that this occurs when the user name is in Korean.
The error alert message is shown below.
However, this is a message printed in Korean.
‘Can not create user without login name’
I am installing and using the login plugin because of this problem.Hello, if you use a plugin like Social Login, does it work or its just with the theme?

Please let me know an example name where the fb login not works to can set on my demo fb profile the same name then to try to login on my local install to can reproduce the issue

If the name is in Korean, it seems that the same error occurs.
The name I tried to sign in to was It is ‘안홍선’

I see, in this case try to add this code to your child theme functions.php
Child theme needs to be installed and activated.

I thought this was solved.
However, the same problem occurred again when a new user tried to log in today.
This problem was not completely fixed.
Temporarily using another login plugin.
Due to this problem, existing users are unable to upload due to errors during media upload.

I see, did you encounter the same on our demo ?from what device are you encounter issue ? What browser ? i can login with facebook on our demo using phone and desktop

It happens regardless of browser and device.
It also happens on your demo site.
But until recently, it worked fine.
My Facebook account profile name that I tried to sign in is “안홍선”.
This seems to be a problem if the profile name is in Korean.

This code is the same as the one we received before.
The result is still an error.
Users who have already logged in successfully before an error occurs can login,
New users are still unable to login.

Please let us 1-2 days to can test it better, we will have to create new fb account with that name since i’ve tried to add next to my name that and fb says cannot change the name for 30 or 60 days not remember exactly, i cannot do that.
