Hi there. I am averaging about 10 to 20 new signups a day on my website. Two issues:
1. Every time I get a new sign-up I get TWO duplicate emails notifying me of the signup.
2. Every once in a while (maybe once or twice a week) a new signup cannot be found on the website. I search the users in the backend by their username and email address but they are nowhere to be found. Normally if someone cancels, I get an email notifying me of this as well – but no emails.
In the last three days I’ve had 2 more instance of this. Below are the two emails I had received:
New user registration on your site Potatoes and Rice:
Username: Tharadon
Email: Tharadonthongthaen@yahoo.co.uk
and
New user registration on your site Potatoes and Rice:
Username: Zachary
Email: cfernstein@yahoo.com
Like I said, they are not findable on the site front end and I never received any notification of a cancellation.
Any thoughts please? I have added my login credentials.
