Users are unable to register

Hi,

I am developing this website (https://www.attitudify.com) which was supposed to start today. However, there is one big issue. Users are unable to register. When a user who wants to register enters his details and clicks on Submit (or create account), the page just refreshes itself and empties the password fields. This is a very serious issue because it is taking us back. You can check the register page on https://www.attitudify.com/register

Please look into the issue as soon as possible because I found that the replies are given very slow. Thanks for your help.
