Hi there, I just migrated from my production staging website peacefulparent.staging.wpengine.com yesterday to my live site peacefulparent.com I use WP Bakery as this is part of the package that came with your theme when we changed to it last August. Unfortunately the testimonials (part of wp bakery) are not working, they are pulling up the name but not the actual text of the testimonial.
Also, our resource library peacefulparent/resource-library/ which uses the masony grid and has been working fine in staging is only bringing up some but not all of the items in that category or those tags. Do you have any ideas please? Do you still have login details recorded, they should be exactly the same for the now live site.Hello, will assign the ticket to a higher support level who can help and advise you in your query.

After migration where the vc not works deactivate k-elements and visual composer then delete them, then go to wp-admin -> appearance -> install plugins -> and install them again, test them
At this moment do you see any error in console ?
