centered nav bar

Hi,

Please help with these 2 things (I’ve been trying different suggestions from w3schools.com and stackoverflow– haven’t found a solution!):

1) How can I align the content of my secondary menu CENTER?

2) Which menu setting do I use to create another layer of nav in the upper right corner for login & register links? I tried “Primary Menu” and “Top Menu.”

We are using the “normal header” setting because that seemed to be the most compatible for what we are trying to do. Should I use a different header setting? The “Left logo and menu” setting results in a non-responsive logo that doesn’t shrink on smaller screens.
