problems with text boxes

Good afternoon, I have a problem with a few text boxes that are displayed in the theme, for some reason the multiline text boxes show the developer mode, so the end user can enter HTML programming in that text boxes, I have looked for many ways to modify them and that only show a normal text box but I fail, I hope you can help me, as they have done in previous problems, thank you very much
