In members directory when we set filters in horizontal form, it filters members properly. but when we click on next page all the members come back. all filters are visible in the form. but results are wrong. please help us fix this.

Your members directory is set to private and I will therefore need login credentials to test this issue. Please update this ticket, in a private reply, with credentials for your site so I can look into this.

Let me know if you will deactivate the child theme by activating the parent and disabling all other plugins except buddypress you will encounter the same.
