How do I allow users to create forum posts and have it made public so users of the site are allowed to comment even if they aren’t friends with the creator of the forum?
Also, is there a way to allow Articles to be posted without admin revision?
Hello, users should be able to create topics inside forums so you need to create the forums first and when they enter one they should see the create a topic form.
Yes for articles use social articles plugin which allows them to post directly from their profile

I already have ‘Forums’ on my profile but there isn’t a button to create a post of any sort when I visit the page. Perhaps I’m thinking of ‘Forums’ incorrectly. It works in ‘groups’ though.
Social articles plugin allows them to post from their KLEO profile, correct?
Hello, they can’t create forums, what you see at the profile is just to see their topics or forums they follow. Go to your website at yourwebsite.com/forums you will see all forums you created from the admin dashboard, if you click one you will see the create a topic form
