    Hello dear Sir/Madam,

    The Kleo theme is not installing to my WordPress website. The message shows that the installation fails.

    I already tried the Zib file only not the whole package. But, unfortunately still its not installing.

     

    Finally, please cancel my subscription and refund my money back.

    Please see the attached screen shot.

    Hello, it has issue!
    1- Not user friendly
    2- The post gos to the top of cover photo which is not good.
    3- After ragesteration the Theme says that I will receive email and after email confirmation I can login. But, unfortunately the email is not coming at all.

    Because of the above issue, please cancel my subscription and refund my money.

    Hello, what do you mean by not user friendly? Can you share more details?
    2- I will also need more details here
    3- The theme does not send emails, its buddypress and email issues are mostly because of server php email issues try using an SMTP plugin 🙂

    Hello, can you please do not wast my time more than this? I will dispute if you repeatedly wast my time!

    1- Not user friendly (There are no friendly space, no nice navigation, no professional publication/post, comment and ….)
    2- The post gose to the top of cover photo which is not good. (When we posting something the text shows on the top of the cover photo Its. clearly said)
    3- After ragesteration the Theme says that I will receive email and after email confirmation I can login. But, unfortunately the email is not coming at all. (there is no good navigation an this them)

    I really don’t need advise! I’m who advise others.
    The only thing that I need from you is to please do not wast my time and refund my money! Now, I will start giving your product one star rating and will start commenting and will dispute as will. you guys waste my time too much. I clearly said that the theme is now user friendly and all other issue that I mentioned. right now you are wasting my time in other way.

    Here is my disscussion and desicion about not refunding and wasted my time! I’ll do it your Business (Themeforest, 7thQueen, Kleo) separately!
    Read my entire discussion about my refund!
    You will lose a lot!

    The theme has significant bug!
    Here is my discussion that they are not refunding my money!

    They are not refunding at all! they wrote fake they never refund me after almost one month discussion.

    If you have issue with this disrespectful peoples (Themeforest customer service) you can write your complain the following websites: This will effect significantly there business! So, they must respect the human right.
    I will do it just next night. (This is a copy of my email that they are not answering me)

    Hi, please do whatever you think is necessary but I don’t see the point in this. I showed my good intentions in approving your refund request when I gave you the link to the refund request page. There it says you don’t have a purchased item. Please open a ticket with Envato since we have no control on Envato refunds platform. I can start a ticket on your behalf but please give me your Envato username.

    I said this in my earlier reply but I don’t know if you saw it.
