I’d like to make some post appear blurry and say ‘Premium Only’ and become visibile for premium members only when they are logged in.
Is that possible?

It is possible to restrict X content on your site with a plugin, we have integrated Paid Memberships Pro already which would allow you to mark certain content for users that are paying or have a membership of some kind. However, by default it will not generate the blurred screen you’re referring to and you will need to either code this functionality yourself or hire a developer to achieve this part for you.
