Hi. We are trying to import members we have purchased, and so we are using the demo document the plugin provides. this is a plugin that is part of the theme.
The problem is, the demo document has no information fields about “seek gender”, or “gender”, or “sexual orientation”, or even Birth Date.
These are vital parts that have to be added I would have thought, for a dating website.
Attached is a 500 member document we want to import on the website. I have the necessary plugin to do so, but it fails. I believe it fails before of the field IDs.
Can you support please?
