Hi there,
I am having fun with the theme and just to say I love it. I have encountered the first problem and I do not know how to approach it yet.
I have enabled Kleo Recent Posts widget in the sidebar and I have chosen “media” as what to display (Attachment 1.jpg).
It works very well as it shows the media in the right sidebar (Attachment 2.jpg) – the ones marked with arrows are the media elements added through – Profile – Media – upload to album (attachment 3.jpg).
Unfortunatelly when I want to open this media from the sidebar – I am being redirected to the home page. This is due to the fact that I belive that link does not take me to the picture and redirects me to the home page (Attachment 4.jpg).
Rt media plugin is activated and configured (Attachment 5.jpg).
Perhaps I am doing something wrong. Any idea?

In first isntance try to re-save the permalinks from wp-admin -> settings -> permalinks -> save changes then check again

I have resaved permalinks but then it did not work.
Can you please supply me with your IP address and I will ask my hosting provider to add it to white list. Perhaps there is some issues with that.

Please let me know how u progress. I also have a question about The advanced profile search module and child theme. It does not seem to work at all despite following instructions.

Just i added that and clicked on first two and they driving me to the media pages and the rest of them offering 404 maybe those had been changed in the past and there it’s the cache ?

I have added new file: DJI_00421 and it takes me to the main page.
to recreate problem please:
Please create an account – go to Profile – Extras (3 dots) – Media – Upload – Choose albom – upload picture.
It will appear to the right and it takes me to the home page.
There was a child theme activated which causes all sorts of the problems as well which is with the other team.
Check out the latest upload in the sidebar.

Just i had tested now.
I logged in default wp theme was activated, i had tested if it works and it works.
Then i had activated the Kleo parent theme and tested, it works.
Then i had activated Kleo child theme and was worked also.
There was no redirection at all or any glitch… did you had solved somehow ?

Not sure why you get redirect instead of 404 status check this video : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Mh3VMHXwdkdaXknLieSeYMeT2unXPUwS/view
As you can see for me it shows 404.
Further debugging i had notified that the media page of the images generates 404 even you are using any other theme , example see this video : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZWQhc89KQBT_B85TXwfn4iYvOVD-PKin/view
In conclusion the issues has nothing to do with our theme and it a misconfiguration or a plugin conflict or maybe the cache… not sure… try to de-activate all plugins and see if the images are loaded… you can ask aslo on wp forums why that can happens.
I will activate Kleo theme back.
