Rev Slider / WP Page Builder

Hi guys, I can not for the life of me work this one out. I have recreated a new slide but still to no avail can I get a button to work within a slide, or the any other link for that matter. I deleted and reinstalled both rev slider and wp page builder but still this issue persists.

However, the weird thing is, I can add another slider element and add the slide I want, it works perfectly if the element is down the page. When I slide that element up to the top, it fails. Links do not work within the slide.

Home page slider is the only one I have in use.
