When trying to sign in to my site on mobile device using fb login. I get an error, the only solution I have found so far is requesting desktop site in my phones chrome browser. Is there a fix for this. Thank you in advance

Thanks for reaching out to us about the issue you’re experiencing. Can you please confirm to me that you have the latest KLEO (4.3.10) and K Elements (4.3.5.1)?
If you do not please update both to the latest release then purge your website cache and mobile device cache.
If you do please double check this support article on setting up the Facebook integration https://archived.seventhqueen.com/kleo/article/setup-facebook-login-fix-facebook-login. Make sure you have followed every step.
If after reviewing the article everything appears correct, but is still not working on mobile, then please update this ticket with screenshots for both the basic and advanced tabs of your Facebook App.

And I believe i followed every step when setting up fb app.

What error you receive ? You haven’t mentioned in initial message.
In past versions we had fixed the unverified fb login error, so if you see something about verification of fb account while login it meaning you need to update the theme to latest version.
Anyway the important thing it’s to have your domain into Valid OAuth Redirect URIs.

thanks for fast reply, the error I get on mobile device when using fb login is :
Can’t Load URL: The domain of this URL isn’t included in the app’s domains. to be able to load this URL, add all domains and subdomains of your app to the APP Domains field in your app settings.
If i choose ‘Request Desktop Sitew’ in my mobile chrome browser it then successfully logins with fb login.

Aldo I just noticed i do not have a ‘Valid OAuth Redirect URIs’ what should i input here? https://rdu.local/ or my site url?

There it’s mandatory to add your domain, http://rdu.local it’s my development url.
Replace it with your https://findingsuccessathome.com

That seems to have been the perfect solution for me once again. Thank you so much for your help. It is truly appreciated, since I got you here though I have ran into one more issue and again any help is really appreciated.
Mobile login works now, my new and hopefully final issue is being able to use fb login on other pages aside from my site’s home page. If i try to sign in from here: https://findingsuccessathome.com/finding-success-at-home-ebay-curriculum

https://findingsuccessathome.com/course/sell-on-ebayI get an error saying Can’t Load URL: the domain of this url isn’t included in the app’s domains. TO be able to load this URL, add all domains……..to the App Domains filed in your app settings.
On FB app basic settings I see App Domains section. I was able to add my site’s homepage https://findingsuccessathome.com and fb login works for that page both on computer and mobile :).
When i try to add the mentioned above domains to the App Domains Section though I either get an error or when I save the URL changes the domains I add are automatically removed from App Domains Section when the facebook setting page is refreshed.
Any Ideas?
