Editing of site

Hi

I actually only want some guidance with regards to where, how or with what i need to make edits to my site.

The first thing that i need assistance with is changing of sites name and logo on home page (I have created my own image which includes the logo and name) and i have uploaded it to media. if i inspect the page i can find the code/link to this image and i can change it to the code/link of my image, however it doesn’t save or publish.

• Is this the correct way to edit the theme options and if so how do i save/publish the change?

My second question is more around general changes, if i cant find the menu items under “Sweetdate” should i then edit the HTML/CSS code of the site, or child site.

• When should i edit code and when should i edit with Elementor

Please advise and steer me in the right direction.
