Good Morning,
A few days ago, with ticket number # 206964 (August 20, 2018 at 17:09) I went back to ask them for help in finding a solution to a problem I have with Sweetdate, but it seems that you can not solve it either. I can not keep waiting anymore because my work is stagnant.
As a consequence of this and, I hope you understand, I am not satisfied with the purchase of Sweetdate theme. I want to cancel this purchase and change Sweetdate theme for Kleo theme. I would appreciate it if you would allow me to make this change as soon as possible.
