Hello, I first notice this issue after installing the WooCommerce Frontend Manager plugin. I wasn’t able to scroll down the main page while trying to use it. I thought it was a problem with the plugin, so I contacted them and they were surprised by this issue. However, the same thing happened after installing the Events Manager Plugin. The issue appears when I or a user goes to the plugin’s page and tries to add a new event. Since the page is longer than the computer screen, we are not able to scroll down to see the entire page. Both of these plugins integrate with BuddyPress and their menu is visible as part of the BuddyPress profile menu.
Do you know what might be causing this issue?

August 27, 2018 at 16:11 #207625RaduModeratorHi,
In similar cases like this one , try to switch off child theme and all rest of the plugins maybe those interfere in some way.So de-activate child theme and test.
Deactivate all plugins except woocommerce and Frontend Manager plugin and test….
Make sure to have all things updated theme+wp+plugins
Let me know
