Figured out, the issue happens because a JS error occurs in page
http://flieger.adminkurs.de/wp-content/plugins/cms2cms-connector/includes/js/cms2cms.js?ver=3.7.0
Check in the plugin dashboard panel, or ask the plugin dev if they have a an option/code snippet to stop loading js in non-plugin pages.
