Need help about mobile menu

Hi,I am using your theme in my site.But i want to get a solution about mobile menu.Please check attachment.

The problem is that when i view my site in the mobile the menu goes to different.The top menu showing a + icon after 3menu items and main menu showing a icon with drop-down features.When i click in the dropdown icon then i can see the menu items.But i don’t want those icons.I want to show full menu and all menu items in all devices.

So,Please let me the solution how i can remove those icons from every menu and show full menu and all menu items in all devices?
