the registry works well when you do it from the computer.

September 13, 2018 at 10:00 #209486LayoBCNParticipantThank you for responding, it is on the registration page because it is a BuddyPress community and we have many fields to complete when a user joins.
and only happens when the user try to register using their mobile.
September 13, 2018 at 17:07 #209532LauraModeratorPlease follow these steps to enable wp debug so we can see if there is any error:
-Connect to your server by FTP
-Look in root directory of your WordPress install and open wp-config.php
-Search for define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, false ); and change FALSE value to TRUECOPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG', true );
– After this line add this:
COPY CODEdefine( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
WP_DEBUG_LOG is a companion to WP_DEBUG that causes all errors to also be saved to a debug.log log file inside the /wp-content/ directory. This is useful if you want to review all notices later or need to view notices generated off-screen (e.g. during an AJAX request or wp-cron run).
Repeat the described actions and then check the debug.log file and let me know what error appears.
If this is useless please try to deactivate additional plugins except Visual Composer, K-elements, BuddyPress, Paid memberships pro and revolution slider.
After you have disabled the plugins try to see if the error persists.
Cheers

September 17, 2018 at 09:57 #209716LauraModeratorHello, are you able to test using a WordPress default theme? By activating it and testing the registration on mobile to see if it’s a problem from the theme or from buddypress

September 18, 2018 at 17:32 #209837LayoBCNParticipantI have tried changing the theme to a wordpress default theme and the problem persists.
I do not know if it could be related to the contents of Demo since when installing the theme of Kleo we upload all the contents of demo, which I think was an error because many pages were created that we did not need and changed several system configurations.
I hope you can help me find where the problem is.
September 19, 2018 at 02:42 #209875LauraModeratorHello, if the problem persists with default theme then the kleo theme is not the problem. The demo contents are not related to registration just pages and theme options and theme options are only active wen the theme is active.
Try deactivating other plugins and testing if it works

September 20, 2018 at 13:57 #209978LayoBCNParticipantWe have already been changing to the WordPress theme and the same thing happens, when you finish entering the data in the registration and registration update fields, the page is reloaded and loads the same registration page with the fields already completed just missing the password. , and it is put back and repeated in bukle.
He also tested on another web that we have with another theme and deactivating all the plugins and still presenting the same error.
in the Main web we use BuddyPress Version 3.2.0 and in the other one that we have tested we have Version 3.1.0I hope I can solve the situation for elelvamso two weeks without receiving user registrations since our potential partners are always conceded by the mobile and we usually receive more than 10 weekly registration.
So it is URGENT that you can register to BuddyPress by mobile device.
I already wrote in the buddypress forum but if you have any clue as to what may be going on, I would be very grateful.
September 20, 2018 at 20:42 #210017LauraModeratorHello, i understand the problem but this is theme support you should contact buddypress support forum as if you have the same problem with other themes then its not our product so we can’t fix nothing at our theme that could resolve this if the problem is coming from buddypress. Please understand we didnt create buddypress, is a plugin with its own support forum, we are the creators of the theme and as you already say, it happens with other themes too. So we can’t no much here than to suggest you to wait for an answer at buddypress forum.
