hello – I am still awaiting on the issue of the group images still showing a black background. I do not have any black background in my images. I had asked for the correct size. I was told it was my images, and they are not. Can you please fix this issue. I would like to launch my site as these issues are taking forever to resolve and costing me a fortune in server fees.

That isn’t a theme problem as you can see in next screenshot it happens even you are not using our theme.
I see that you had image optimization plugins ask the plugin author.

the problem still exists – this is a theme issue that I had stated several weeks ago, and was there from the beginning. Please review my previous requests when your observation stated that it was an image issue. Which it was not either. Now you are stating its a plugin issue – please just try yourself – when you upload to those, it does not cover the entire area, no matter what the size of the image is.

Sorry but our thee doesn’t not edit the images at all… as you how you see it happens also using default wp theme i recommend you to ask the plugin optimization support about that.
For debugging you will have to do this, disable all plugins except buddypress then upload a image to an certain avatar check it the image it’s cutted . or not.
Please please please understand that this it’s not a theme issue please!

This is Dating theme issue – please fix this ASAP I have been asking numerous times and why won’t you fix this?

This is a undeniable case where our theme can’t interfere since it is disabled. You can re-upload the images , maybe it was a server issue at the moment.
If our theme is nor responsible for that, please consider doing the debugging on your server and consider the help of a developer to identify the cause.Cheers
