Facebook Login

Hello,

I have a Facebook login setup that up until recently was working just fine. I discovered a problem today with it and am not sure of the cause.

Our site is in a pre-launch state, and is completely private at the moment. So this isn’t something I can show you. But perhaps you can help me to troubleshoot this.

I’m running the latest version of Kleo (in fact I just updated it), and I have also thoroughly checked the API settings over at Facebook. As far as I can tell everything is set properly.

The problem seems to be occurring after the person logs in. Usually when logging in or registering via Facebook, after logging in the Facebook window, it disappears and you are properly redirected into the site (bypassing registration). What is happening is that the Facebook login window closes and then no redirect occurs.

We have a custom Facebook login button setup, that uses the “kleo-facebook-connect” css class, and the button URL is set to “#”. This has always worked in the past.

We have the Facebook login set to redirect to a custom page from the theme settings.

If you can point me in the right direction as to what may be wrong, I’d be grateful. I need to get this solved asap.
