Updated Version of Visual Composer doesn’t Show New Features – Poor Mobile

The latest tutorials from Visual Composer show plenty of different features which aren’t available in the frontend builder. Some articles saying it could be incompatible with the theme. I have purchased the full version of VC.

Automatic mobile responsiveness isn’t working on my site and I need to be able to alter text size and element lay out on mobile but when I do it effects these changes for the desktop settings as well.

Is there a way that I can change the design for specific devices without globally changing all of them? Desktop looks great with 60px text but everything is a mess on mobile.
