    I have noticed that the group profile photo is not displaying in my website. Let me know what can be done to solve it.

    Hi,

    Thanks for sharing those details. Upon login I found many pending updates for plugins and an update for KLEO, before I can test this issue these plugins, and the theme, will need to be updated.

    I can see that you’re not using the new method to update KLEO and as such you will need to install the Envato Market plugin and configure it according to our support article here https://archived.seventhqueen.com/general/article/update-themes-automatically-using-envato-market-plugin

    You can download the Envato Market plugin here https://envato.com/market-plugin/

    Please update all plugins and KLEO, test to see if this resolves the issue at all. If it does not please update this ticket and I will continue to look into this for you.

    Hi,

    Updated the plugins. While updating the theme I got the error in the attached image. This error I reported in the following ticket: https://archived.seventhqueen.com/forums/topic/theme-update-failed

    Hi,

    I can see that you have now installed and configured the plugin. I think the issue you was experiencing was due to the version difference and the new method of updating. It should work in the future, but if you do experience any issues, you can go to WP Admin > Envato Market > Themes and click the link to update (if an update is available). I have updated KLEO to the latest version for you.

    After updating all plugins and KLEO it looks like the group image is working again. Please clear any your browsers cache (Ctrl+F5) and test to see if this is working for you too.
