Import “text” values from database

Hello,

I want to add 2 text values imported from the database in the highlited place from the attachment ss (between the username and last activity). Which file should I edit?

That is the Members Masonry PageBuilder feature.

Also, please tell me which is the file for users profile interface so I can do some customizations.
