but the front-end, the featured image will be all be replace by the user Gravatar image

From my understanding, it does not work properly now, right?
We always need Gravatar, or we might use some local Avatar to achieve high speed like https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-first-letter-avatar/
https://wordpress.org/plugins/letter-avatars/You know we always set different images for every different posts, In case gravatar is working, I do not want the featured image will be replaced by user gravatar, since it is out of our control.

Hello, gravatar does not touch post images so it must be a plugin conflict, can you try to deactivate some and test again?
