Group Section Manage

Thank you so much for giving me yours valuable time for help.

1> I need to know about one functionality that, is there any option from back end to manage the group section or I can change the settings of any group.

2> How any user will create group by login in there account from front end. I’m unable to find any option that will create Group and can invite there friend in that Group.

Please help me out. Thanks in advance.
