Dear Kleo team,
After hours of speed-testing I have found an issue regarding your Kleo theme that I need fixing asap. I noticed that some of my products had insanely slow loading speed (14+ seconds in staging environments where all plug-ins except WooCommerce were turned off). I found that the only factor was that the more reviews a product had, the slower it got. Turning off profile pictures and removing all images uploaded by users didn’t make it faster. I turned off everything I could and nothing changed.
So I changed Theme and suddenly had a loading time of 1.5 seconds. I tried various themes and they all gave me equally good results. Turned Kleo back on and was back at 14-20 seconds.
I updated your theme, turned off every potentially unnecessary setting in your theme option and still nothing improved.
So I’m now asking you to please look into this and help me fix this. We have a big Black Friday sale starting on the 22nd coming up and I need my store to have decent loading times. I COULD turn the reviews off but of course that’s not something I want to do if there is any other way.

I see can you provide a product URL that loads slow and another that loads normal ?
I will need ftp + wp admin to can investigate further to see if the issue.
So tell me if you will look at the same product using default wp theme where there are many reviews the default theme will load in max2 seconds and kleo in 15 ?

Tried to debug this for 2 hours and i cannot figure out, the only thing that i had found it’s if you will de-activate the JS from browser all products inclusive https://staging.monalisa-twins.com/product/orange-album-cd this one it will be loaded like the other posts.
I had asked the core developer about this issue and the JS behaviour and i will get back to you soon.
I will let you know when we found a solution soon.

Is it likely you‘ll fix this till tomorrow? We‘re starting an early black friday sale tomorrow and this is normally the most purchased product.

Is the fix in the child or in the main Kleo theme on the staging site where you fixed it?
Because it was a staging site I have to copy the fix to my live site now.O.K. I assume it is the parent theme because it was active and I found no change in the child theme.
