3 column two sidebar not working (overlap issue)

I’m trying for the second time to get help with my theme.  When I bought the theme it was advertised that support was good.  So far I’m not receiving any support for my issues.

I have the KLEO installed and the 3 column two side bars layout does not work.  It has the center content pane overlapping the second sidebar which is also not to the left it’s all the way to the right.

Need help asap with this issue so I can try to move forward with this website.
