My Account page not working

    Hi,

    Im using the shortcode [pmpro_account] on the My Account page and it is marked in the membership area. It has worked fine as long as I have used it. I upgraded the template today and today the page only returns a 404. I dont know if its connected or not? I deleted the page, recreated it, put in a new menu item yet it still won’t work right. Can you assist?

    Thanks for helping me out 🙂
    Just as a FYI, the client for this site is a mens nudist. There shouldn;t be much out in the open but just wanted to let you know so you are not surprised 🙂

    I have the My Account page under the membership page. Everything has been working perfect and the yesterday after I did the update it seems to just go to 404.

    oops. If you need cpanel access, they are using pressable. Just go to pressable.com and use:

    login: admin@mydanglyparts.com
    pw: g0dzilla2@

    Hey I am now getting tons of complaints that several pages (Support, My Account, FAQ’s,etc) all these pages are not working and generating 404s!. Please help! arrrgghhhh

    Please send me a link that gives you 404 error. I checked the pages you are referring to and everything seems to work fine.

    Hi, Thanks for the quick response. For whatever reason, they are all working now. I did read a previous comment you posted a while back about resetting the permalinks and tried that and im not sure if that fixed it or if there was something server-side that resolved itself. Thanks again!
