I’m trying to import the customized Buddypress settings in the SweetDate > General Settings
But I keep on getting this message. Buddypress is installed and activated. How do I fix this issue and customize my own profile options?Could not import. Please make sure you have Buddypress installed and activated.
Hi,
I think you might be getting this error in error. When I check your registration page https://pigswap.com/register it appears that all fields and groups have been imported correctly.
You can go to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields to confirm this. By default there is only one profile group and one field – if you have more than this then the fields imported correctly and the error can be safely ignored.
You can create, edit and delete profile fields and groups by going to WP Admin > Users > Profile Fields.
