    Hello,

    One of my clients has a specific issue when trying to upload media into his account. When he clicks on “START UPLOAD”, the “loading screen” containing photo and greenbar appears for few seconds and then dissapears without the action being completed.

    It is something specific to his account. I also tested it on my account and works fine.

    What could it be?
