Top Menu Dropdown Hidden Behind Header

Thanks for all the great work on the Kleo theme. I have one issue that can hopefully be resolved. On mobile, part of the Top Menu (the first several options on dropdown menu) is hidden behind the Header when you click on the + for drop down options.

You can go to publiks.org and compare how the Top Menu drop down feature functions on laptop/desktop versus on mobile phone. You’ll see on mobile that a few dropdown options are hidden.

Please let me know how this issue may be resolved. I’ve tried some z-index code before and it didn’t have the desired effect.
