Everytime I click on the button to customize the theme, I get the following error. At first I though it was my host, and they told me I needed to be on a dedicated server so, I moved. However, even on a dedicated server I get the same error. Hostgater, then told me it was an issue with the theme. This is what they said.

The memory limit is not a server issue actually. I found that the theme you are using is the problem. It seems to have the memory limit hard coded in to it, and possibly in other places. I attempted to increase the line below, but it doesn’t seem to be having any effect. All other themes work just fine. You may need to get in contact with the scripts developer to see what is need in order to modify the theme so that it works. Their faq may have this information available for you. Alternately, you may want to use a different theme.

Hi, There is no issue with the theme, just ask your hosting to increase your php memory limit to 128MB. Right now it seems you have like 256 KB
Or this could come from a plugin you have installed.
Anyway, the main thing is this is often caused since wordpress + theme + plugins adds memory usage so it is nothing unusual.Hi there!!! Help others from the community and mark any reply as solution if it solved your question. Mark as a solution---
