I want to use WPML.But I didnt findt WPML on right side of WordPress Admin Page. How can use or add it? Because “WPML plugin ready” that is written on your themeforest pages.Thanks

You need to buy the WMPL plugin first then install it.
The theme is compatible with this plugin but does not include the plugin in the package.
