How to add repeter type fields like education with (course name, passing year, organization) with add more functionality like advanced custom field repeater.

You can create new field group and add the fields you want in the new tab using text fields. Take a look at my screenshot.

Mark as a solution@tarun5585 repeat field type isn’t available so you need to find a plugin for that or search buddypress documentation on registering new field types. One plugin that adds extra field types is https://wordpress.org/plugins/buddypress-xprofile-custom-fields-type/
