Hi,
I’ve been experiencing some very severe slowdowns on the back end of my site. I spoke with my hosting provider and they ran some tests and said that the sweetdate theme is contacting a Romanian IP address and that seventhqueen is hosted at that IP address…It’s so slow in the admin pages (20-40) seconds to load a page.
Is there a reason why the theme is contacting your IP address and creating this horrible bottleneck?
I’m just so confused,
Please help,
Thank you,

That supposed to tell you when when a new update was out but if it slows down the admin we are taking it out and stick only with the envato updater that is already implemented.
Until the next update please replace the contents of this main parent theme file sweetdate/framework/theme_options.php with this one:
https://archived.seventhqueen.com/files/theme_options.txtThanks for letting us know

I am having this same issue. The SweetDate Admin section take a long time to load and most times, the components don’t show up. I tried the suggested remedies but, it’s still running slow and sometimes not even loading. Can you help?
September 9, 2013 at 08:42 #2491SQadminKeymasterHi, Replacing that file should do the trick. Maybe there is a plugin installed that is doing this?

I did update the sweetdate/framework/theme_options.php with the file you provided. I also checked the plugins already. This is what I have installed:
BBPress
BuddyPress
Paid Memberships Pro
rtMedia
Wordpress ImporterAny additional thoughts as to what could be causing this?

September 9, 2013 at 22:16 #2547SQadminKeymasterHi, Try using a caching plugin like w3 total cache and you could try adding this to sweetdate-child/functions.php:
COPY CODEremove_action( 'wp_head', 'wp_shortlink_wp_head' ); remove_action( 'wp_head', 'adjacent_posts_rel_link_wp_head' );
Make sure to have the child theme activated.

September 13, 2013 at 06:41 #2759instigaytorParticipantHi .. Really having a hard time with this. Are you able to go into my dashboard and take a look if I send you my details via email? Every time I add the code, I have to re-up load the functions php.
September 13, 2013 at 22:25 #2789SQadminKeymasterHi,
I don’t understand what you mean by reloading functions.php. You can send ftp details and wp access to take a look: themesupport@seventhqueen.comHi there!!!
