    Hello there!

Hope you’re having a good week so far.

    http://sportscoachessociety.com/

I uploaded a background on my website … didn’t like it so I removed it and deleted it from the Media Library and it still shows on the website … weird, never seen that before. How do I remove it from my website?

I uploaded a screenshot of the Theme Options “Layout” so you can see that nothing is there.

Also, what is the size I should use for the image background? and what type? Jpeg, PNG, gif, etc?

    Thank you for your support,
    Christine 🙂

I just tried it and didnt have a problem removing it so I dont think its a bug. Then I thought maybe you had some sort of caching pluing, but it doesnt appear so. By any chance are you using a could based service for images and css? I know others have had an issue with their changes not showing up because the files up the cloud weren’t updated. Just a guess really.

Also, have you tried setting a different image to see if it changes?

    Hi Sharmstr!

    Thank you!

    1. First, how did you remove it because it is still there?

    2. I am not using any type of cloud service.

    3. Yes, I have tried using a different image and it still will not remove, it does not replace the picture.

    4. The image is still there, and again it is deleted from my media files, how did you remove it and can you do again permanently? But please tell me how you removed it.

Thank you so much for your support,
    Christine 🙂

Sorry for the confusion. I mean that I was able to add/remove at will on my site and only mentioned it to say that I didnt think it was a Kleo bug.

I just visited your site and the background is gone now. Did you just add another background image? Or is your issue solved now? See attached.

    Hi Sharmstr!

Yes, I actually cleared all cache and it went away … so I’ll try another background. I hope it works.

    By the way:

What is the background size I should use?

    Thank you so much,
    Christine

you should use a decent resolution, for exemple the slider image from our demo has 1600px width.

also, the image should be saved for web devices (Photoshop) and may differ its format based on what you eant to achieve (transparent or non transparent)
