Is there a way to delete the quotation marks that appear next to the ‘Looking for’ paragraph?

You can remove it with some css. Add this to Sweetdate -> Styling options -> Quick cssCOPY CODE.callout .bp-profile-details:before {content:"";}To move it a bit to the left:
