Hello, when trying to upload images on my site, like trying to change my avatar, I notice that if the file is about 3-5mb, it results to an error page. I have added added plugins like “resize before upload” but yet the upload fails. Please tell me how to solve this issue. I want users to be able to upload pictures on their profiles and some dont know about file sizes. I want it to automatically upload and resize the images.

    my site is crossgateway.com/love
    username is test
    password is test

    thanks

    Hello,

I changed the avatar in the test user you provided using a picture of 3.5 Mb and everything worked as expected so I am not able to replicate your issue.

Sir, Permit me to say that you are not very correct. It cannot upload with picture more than 1 megabyte. I have done this a thousand times and even my hosting provider sees the same error. Please check you file size to make sure it is larger than 2MB. Please help
