After I did the SweetDate update, my cometchat (that was working very well) stoped to work.
I did disable and enable, but is not working.
Any suggestion?Its is working now.
The problem is, when I do the sweetdate update, it miss the Cometchat code scrip in header.Is there some alternative way to include this code in other file to stop this bug after any Sweetdate update?

You should use a child theme and copy the header.php and do the changes there
