I have started translating the KLEO-theme in Dutch. However it occurs to me that I am tranlating strings that are already shown in Dutch on my site because they are also in the language files of plugins like BBpress. I want to avoid translating text when it is unnecessary. Because the text is just a list of strings it is for me impossible to know which text is already translated in a mo/po file belonging to a plugin. Is there a good practice to avoid this?

Hi, You should only translate string related to “kleo_framework” domain. Any other strings found in the theme are from included templates from plugins and you don’t translate them inside the them but you translate the actual plugin.

    Cheers
